◊ ♦ ◊ American Bible ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 4 verse 1 After this I had a vision of an open door to heaven, and I heard the trumpetlike voice that had spoken to me before, saying, „Come up here and I will show you what must happen afterwards.“ 2 At once I was caught up in spirit. A throne was there in heaven, and on the throne sat 3 one whose appearance sparkled like jasper and carnelian. Around the throne was a halo as brilliant as an emerald. 4 Surrounding the throne I saw twenty-four other thrones on which twenty-four elders sat, dressed in white garments and with gold crowns on their heads. 5 From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder. Seven flaming torches burned in front of the throne, which are the seven spirits of God. 6 In front of the throne was something that resembled a sea of glass like crystal. In the center and around the throne, there were four living creatures covered with eyes in front and in back. 7 The first creature resembled a lion, the second was like a calf, the third had a face like that of a human being, and the fourth looked like an eagle in flight. 8 The four living creatures, each of them with six wings, were covered with eyes inside and out. Day and night they do not stop exclaiming: „Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God almighty, who was, and who is, and who is to come.“ 9 Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to the one who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, 10 the twenty-four elders fall down before the one who sits on the throne and worship him, who lives forever and ever. They throw down their crowns before the throne, exclaiming: 11 „Worthy are you, Lord our God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things; because of your will they came to be and were created.“

◊ ♦ ◊ Ezekiel Chapter 1 ◊ ♦ ◊ verse  4 As I looked, a stormwind came from the North, a huge cloud with flashing fire (enveloped in brightness), from the midst of which (the midst of the fire) something gleamed like electrum. 5 Within it were figures resembling four living creatures that looked like this: their form was human, 6 but each had four faces and four wings, 7 and their legs went straight down; the soles of their feet were round. They sparkled with a gleam like burnished bronze. 10 Their faces were like this: each of the four had the face of a man, but on the right side was the face of a lion, and on the left side the face of an ox, and finally each had the face of an eagle.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 5 verse 1 I saw a scroll in the right hand of the one who sat on the throne. It had writing on both sides and was sealed with seven seals. 2 Then I saw a mighty angel who proclaimed in a loud voice, „Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?“ 3 But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or to examine it. 4 I shed many tears because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or to examine it. 5 One of the elders said to me, „Do not weep. The lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has triumphed, enabling him to open the scroll with its seven seals.“ 6 Then I saw standing in the midst of the throne and the four living creatures and the elders, a Lamb that seemed to have been slain. He had seven horns and seven eyes; these are the (seven) spirits of God sent out into the whole world. 7 He came and received the scroll from the right hand of the one who sat on the throne. 8 When he took it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each of the elders held a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of the holy ones. 9 They sang a new hymn: „Worthy are you to receive the scroll and to break open its seals, for you were slain and with your blood you purchased for God those from every tribe and tongue, people and nation. 10 You made them a kingdom and priests for our God, and they will reign on earth.“ 11 I looked again and heard the voices of many angels who surrounded the throne and the living creatures and the elders. They were countless in number, 12 and they cried out in a loud voice: „Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches, wisdom and strength, honor and glory and blessing.“ 13 Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, everything in the universe, cry out: „To the one who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor, glory and might, forever and ever.“  14 The four living creatures answered, „Amen,“ and the elders fell down and worshiped.

Jesus Christ, the Son of our Father in heaven, could open the book.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 6 verse 1 Then I watched while the Lamb broke open the first of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures cry out in a voice like thunder, „Come forward.“ 2 I looked, and there was a white horse, and its rider had a bow.  He was given a crown, and he rode forth victorious to further his victories. …

Interpretation of Revelation 6,4: Colonial Wars, World War 1 (1914-1918), World War 2 (1939 – 1945), Nuclear Bomb 1945,  and Cold War. The people slaughtered one another. Many people died at that time. ♦ Matthew 24,6 You will hear of wars and reports of wars; see that you are not alarmed, for these things must happen, but it will not yet be the end.  Luke 21,9 When you hear of wars and insurrections, do not be terrified; for such things must happen first, but it will not immediately be the end.” I believe many people had faith in the end of the world because of the nuclear bombs (See Cuban Missile Crisis), but it was not yet the end.  ♦ Wikipedia: The Cuban Missile Crisis (known as the October Crisis in Cuba or Caribbean Crisi) was a confrontation among the Soviet Union, Cuba and the United States in October 1962, during the Cold War. In August 1962, after some unsuccessful operations by the US to overthrow the Cuban regime (Bay of Pigs, Operation Mongoose), the Cuban and Soviet governments secretly began to build bases in Cuba for a number of medium-range and intermediate-range ballistic nuclear missiles (MRBMs and IRBMs) with the ability to strike most of the continental United States. …

Interpretation of Revelation 6,5-6: Globalization. A Scale stand for  the trading with goods as wheat, barley or oil. Wheat and Barley are dealt on the Stock Exchange. The wheat price has been rising for years. Wheat costs more and more. Therefore the people have been revolutionising in North Africa (Libya, Yemen, Egypt, Tunisia, …) for months. Death by natural disasters as earthquakes. Many strong earthquakes have given for years as in Indonesion in the year 2004, as in Pakistan in the year 2005, in China in the year 2008, in Haiti in the year 2010, in Japan in the year 2011.

♦ Matthew 24,7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there will be famines and earthquakes from place to place.

♦ An excerpt from the message of La Salette: „The earth will be struck with plagues of all kinds;“ [Mélanie added here: "Besides pestilence and famine, which will be widespread"] … „The seasons will be changed, the earth will produce only bad fruits, … „Woe to the inhabitants of the earth. … ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 6 verse 9 When he broke open the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slaughtered because of the witness they bore to the word of God. 10 They cried out in a loud voice, „How long will it be, holy and true master, before you sit in judgment and avenge our blood on the inhabitants of the earth?“ 11 Each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to be patient a little while longer until the number was filled of their fellow servants and brothers who were going to be killed as they had been. …

Interpretation of Revelation 6,9-10: The fifth seal shows that the first four seals stand for a long time (from 1492 to nowadays) because the Bible says: „How long will it be, holy and true master, before you sit in judgment and avenge our blood on the inhabitants of the earth?“

… ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 6 verse 12 Then I watched while he broke open the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; the sun turned as black as dark sackcloth and the whole moon became like blood. 13 The stars in the sky fell to the earth like unripe figs shaken loose from the tree in a strong wind. 14 Then the sky was divided like a torn scroll curling up, and every mountain and island was moved from its place. …

Interpretation of Revelation 6,12: The sixth seal will be opened. Then the seventh seal [Revelation Chapter 8]   will be opened. Then the first and second woe (first six trombones) will happen. Then the seven last plagues (third woe) will happen. Revelation 10,7 At the time when you hear the seventh angel blow his trumpet, the mysterious plan of God shall be fulfilled, as he promised to his servants the prophets.“ The bible verse of Revelation 8,12 will only be able to fulfill, if the bible verses of Revelation 6,12-13 fullfill after the six trombones and the seven last plagues, because the Bible says: Revelation 8,12 When the fourth angel blew his trumpet, a third of the sun, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars were struck, so that a third of them became dark. The day lost its light for a third of the time, as did the night. ♦ Revelation 16,17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air. A loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying, „It is done.“ 18 Then there were lightning flashes, rumblings, and peals of thunder, and a great earthquake. It was such a violent earthquake that there has never been one like it since the human race began on earth. 19 The great city was split into three parts, and the gentile cities fell. But God remembered great Babylon, giving it the cup filled with the wine of his fury and wrath. 20 Every island fled, and mountains disappeared. 21 Large hailstones like huge weights came down from the sky on people, and they blasphemed God for the plague of hail because this plague was so severe. I believe therefore the first and second woe (six trombones) and the third woe (seven last plagues) will happen at first. Then the great earthquake (let us compare Revelation 6,12 and Revelation 16,18) will happen, the sun will turn as black, the moon will become like blood, the stars in the sky will fall to the earth and every mountain and island will move from its place (let us compare Revelation 6,14 and Revelation 16,20). I believe the sun will darkened after the tribulation according to the message of La Salette: Message of La Salette … Rome will disappear; the fire of Heaven will fall and consume three cities; the whole universe will be struck with terror, and many will allow themselves to be seduced because they didn’t adore the true Christ living in their midst. … It is time; the sun is darkening; Faith alone will survive. „The time is at hand; the abyss is opening. Here is the king of the kings of darkness. Here is the beast with its subjects, calling itself the savior of the world. In pride he will rise skyward to go up to Heaven; he will be stifled by the breath of St. Michael the Archangel. He will fall and the earth – which for three days will be in constant change – will open its fiery bosom;

… ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 6 verse 15 The kings of the earth, the nobles, the military officers, the rich, the powerful, and every slave and free person hid themselves in caves and among mountain crags. 16 They cried out to the mountains and the rocks, „Fall on us and hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17 because the great day of their wrath has come and who can withstand it?“ …

Interpretation of Revelation 6,15-17: The people will be supposed to hide.  ♦ Luke 23,29 for indeed, the days are coming when people will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed.’ 30 At that time people will say to the mountains, ‘Fall upon us!’ and to the hills, ‘Cover us!’ 31 for if these things are done when the wood is green what will happen when it is dry?“ ♦ Isaiah 2,8 Their land is full of idols; they worship the works of their hands, that which their fingers have made. 9 But man is abased, each one brought low. (Do not pardon them!) 10 Get behind the rocks, hide in the dust, From the terror of the LORD and the splendor of his majesty! 11 The haughty eyes of man will be lowered, the arrogance of men will be abased, and the LORD alone will be exalted, on that day. 12 For the LORD of hosts will have his day against all that is proud and arrogant, all that is high, and it will be brought low;  … 19 Men will go into caves in the rocks and into holes in the earth, From the terror of the LORD and the splendor of his majesty, when he arises to overawe the earth. 20 On that day men will throw to the moles and the bats the idols of silver and gold which they made for worship. 21 They go into caverns in the rocks and into crevices in the cliffs, From the terror of the LORD and the splendor of his majesty, when he arises to overawe the earth. ♦ Isaiah 26,20 Go, my people, enter your chambers, and close your doors behind you; Hide yourselves for a brief moment, until the wrath is past. 21 See, the LORD goes forth from his place, to punish the wickedness of the earth’s inhabitants; The earth will reveal the blood upon her, and no longer conceal her slain. Isaiah Chapter 27 verse 1 On that day, The LORD will punish with his sword that is cruel, great, and strong, Leviathan the fleeing serpent, Leviathan the coiled serpent; and he will slay the dragon that is in the sea. ♦ Prophecy Padre Pio: 1/28/50: “Keep your windows well-covered. Do not look out. Light a blessed candle, which will suffice for many days. Pray the Rosary. Read spiritual books. Make acts of Spiritual Communion, also acts of love, which are so pleasing to Us. Pray with outstretched arms, or prostrate on the ground, in order that many souls may be saved. Do not go outside the house. Provide yourself with sufficient food. The powers of nature shall be moved and a rain of fire shall make people tremble with fear. Have courage! I am in the midst of you.”

… ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 7 verse 1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth so that no wind could blow on land or sea or against any tree. 2 Then I saw another angel come up from the East, holding the seal of the living God. He cried out in a loud voice to the four angels who were given power to damage the land and the sea, 3 „Do not damage the land or the sea or the trees until we put the seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.“ 4 I heard the number of those who had been marked with the seal, one hundred and forty-four thousand marked from every tribe of the Israelites: 5 twelve thousand were marked from the tribe of Judah, twelve thousand from the tribe of Reuben, twelve thousand from the tribe of Gad, 6 twelve thousand from the tribe of Asher, twelve thousand from the tribe of Naphtali, twelve thousand from the tribe of Manasseh, 7 twelve thousand from the tribe of Simeon, twelve thousand from the tribe of Levi, twelve thousand from the tribe of Issachar, 8 twelve thousand from the tribe of Zebulun, twelve thousand from the tribe of Joseph, and twelve thousand were marked from the tribe of Benjamin. …

Interpretation of Revelation 7,1-8: One hundred and forty-four thousand will be marked from every tribe of the Israelites. They will be marked with the seal before the seven trumpets will happen.

… ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 7 verse 9 After this I had a vision of a great multitude, which no one could count, from every nation, race, people, and tongue. They stood before the throne and before the Lamb, wearing white robes and holding palm branches in their hands. 10 They cried out in a loud voice: „Salvation comes from our God, who is seated on the throne, and from the Lamb.“ 11 All the angels stood around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They prostrated themselves before the throne, worshiped God, 12 and exclaimed: „Amen. Blessing and glory, wisdom and thanksgiving, honor, power, and might be to our God forever and ever. Amen.“ 13 Then one of the elders spoke up and said to me, „Who are these wearing white robes, and where did they come from?“ 14 I said to him, „My lord, you are the one who knows.“ He said to me, „These are the ones who have survived the time of great distress; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 „For this reason they stand before God’s throne and worship him day and night in his temple. The one who sits on the throne will shelter them. 16 They will not hunger or thirst anymore, nor will the sun or any heat strike them. 17 For the Lamb who is in the center of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to springs of life-giving water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.“ …

Interpretation of Revelation 7,9-17: They will come from purgatory (great distress). ♦ Luke 16,19 „There was a rich man who dressed in purple garments and fine linen and dined sumptuously each day. 20 And lying at his door was a poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores, 21 who would gladly have eaten his fill of the scraps that fell from the rich man’s table. Dogs even used to come and lick his sores. 22 When the poor man died, he was carried away by angels to the bosom of Abraham. The rich man also died and was buried, 23 and from the netherworld, where he was in torment, he raised his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side. 24 And he cried out, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me. Send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am suffering torment in these flames.’ 25 Abraham replied, ‘My child, remember that you received what was good during your lifetime while Lazarus likewise received what was bad; but now he is comforted here, whereas you are tormented. 26 Moreover, between us and you a great chasm is established to prevent anyone from crossing who might wish to go from our side to yours or from your side to ours.’ 27 He said, ‘Then I beg you, father, send him to my father’s house, 28 for I have five brothers, so that he may warn them, lest they too come to this place of torment.’ 29 But Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the prophets. Let them listen to them.’ 30 He said, ‘Oh no, father Abraham, but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’ 31 Then Abraham said, ‘If they will not listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded if someone should rise from the dead.’“

1 Corinthians 3,11 for no one can lay a foundation other than the one that is there, namely, Jesus Christ. 12 If anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, 13 the work of each will come to light, for the Day will disclose it. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire (itself) will test the quality of each one’s work. 14 If the work stands that someone built upon the foundation, that person will receive a wage. 15 But if someone’s work is burned up, that one will suffer loss; the person will be saved, but only as through fire.

… ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 9 verse 13 Then the sixth angel blew his trumpet, and I heard a voice coming from the [four] horns of the gold altar before God, 14 telling the sixth angel who held the trumpet, „Release the four angels who are bound at the banks of the great river Euphrates.“ 15 So the four angels were released, who were prepared for this hour, day, month, and year to kill a third of the human race. 16 The number of cavalry troops was two hundred million; I heard their number. 17 Now in my vision this is how I saw the horses and their riders. They wore red, blue, and yellow breastplates, and the horses’ heads were like heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and sulfur. 18 By these three plagues of fire, smoke, and sulfur that came out of their mouths a third of the human race was killed. 19 For the power of the horses is in their mouths and in their tails; for their tails are like snakes, with heads that inflict harm. 20 The rest of the human race, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, to give up the worship of demons and idols made from gold, silver, bronze, stone, and wood, which cannot see or hear or walk. 21 Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic potions, their unchastity, or their robberies. …

Interpretation of Revelation 8,6-13 and 9,1-21: The Padre Pio’s prophecy shows that the events will last two days. First and second woe: Six trumpets. The seventh trumpet will initiate the seven last plagues. Third woe: seven last plagues. See fifth part (Chapters 15 to 19)

♦ The Padre Pio’s prophecy: 2/07/50: „Take care of the animals during these days. I am the creator and preserver of animals as well as man. I shall give you a few signs beforehand, at which time you should place more food before them. I will preserve the property of the elect, including the animals, for they shall be in need of sustenance afterwards as well. Let no one go across the yard, even to feed the animals- he who steps outside will perish! Cover your windows carefully. My elect shall not see My wrath. Have confidence in Me, and I will be your protection. Your confidence obliges Me to come to your aid. …

… „Hurricanes of fire will pour forth from the clouds and spread over the entire earth! Storms, bad weather, thunderbolts and earthquakes will cover the earth for TWO DAYS. An uninterrupted rain of fire will take place! It will begin on during a very cold night. … All this is to prove that God is the Master of Creation. Those who hope in Me, and believe in My words, have nothing to fear because I will not forsake them, nor those who spread My message. No harm will come to those who are in the state of grace and who seek My Mother’s protection.  „That you may be prepared for these visitations, I will give you the following signs and instructions: The night will be very cold. The wind will roar. After a time thunderbolt will be heard. Lock all the doors and windows. Talk to no one outside the house. Kneel down before a crucifix, be sorry for your sins, and beg My Mothers protection. Do not look during the earthquake, because the anger of God is holy! Jesus does not want us to behold the anger of God, because God’s anger must be contemplated with fear and trembling. http://www.futurerevealed.com/christian/catholic/padre-pio.html

Interpretation of 2 Thessalonians 2,8: These Bible words shows, the lawless (horrible abomination) is visible just before the end of this world.

2 Thessalonians 2,3 Let no one deceive you in any way. For unless the apostasy comes first and the lawless one is revealed, the one doomed to perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god and object of worship, so as to seat himself in the temple of God, claiming that he is a god - 5 do you not recall that while I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. But the one who restrains is to do so only for the present, until he is removed from the scene. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord (Jesus) will kill with the breath of his mouth and render powerless by the manifestation of his coming, 9 the one whose coming springs from the power of Satan in every mighty deed and in signs and wonders that lie,

I believe if the desolation abomination stands in the holy place the two witnesses (Enoch and Elias – See Revelation 11,3-12) will be put to death.

The great tribulation (the fire of heaven) will start two days later.

At the blood, tears and prayers of the righteous, God will relent; Enoch and Elias will be put to death; pagan Rome will disappear; the fire of Heaven will fall and consume three cities;

Matthew 11,11 Amen, I say to you, among those born of women there has been none greater than John the Baptist; yet the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. 12 From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent are taking it by force. 13 All the prophets and the law prophesied up to the time of John. 14 And if you are willing to accept it, he is Elijah, the one who is to come. Interpretation Matthew 11,12: The first violence was when Cain slew Abel. Adam, Eve, Abel und Cain (killed Abel) lived at that time. Conclusion: One of the three people is John the Baptist (Elijah). And Jesus says: Amen, I say to you, among those born of women (German ecumenical Bible translation: unter allen Menschen = among all people) there has been none greater than John the Baptist; yet the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. Conclusion: Elijah (John the Baptist) is Adam the first man. Thus they will trample the holy city 42 months or 84 hours. Jerusalem is the city that will be destroyed by an earthquake. See Zechariah 14,4-5. Zechariah 14,1 Lo, a day shall come for the LORD when the spoils shall be divided in your midst. 2  And I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem for battle: the city shall be taken, houses plundered, women ravished; half of the city shall go into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be removed from the city. 3 Then the LORD shall go forth and fight against those nations, fighting as on a day of battle. 4 That day his feet shall rest upon the Mount of Olives, which is opposite Jerusalem to the east. The Mount of Olives shall be cleft in two from east to west by a very deep valley, and half of the mountain shall move to the north and half of it to the south. 5  And the valley of the LORD’S mountain shall be filled up when the valley of those two mountains reaches its edge; it shall be filled up as it was filled up by the earthquake in the days of King Uzziah of Judah. Interpretation of Revelation 11, 13:  First woe: the first five trumpets.  Second Woe: the sixth trumpet. The second woe will conclude with a massive earthquake which will destroy a tenth of a city. The city will be Jerusalem. Third Woe: the seven last plagues (See fifth part). Ezekiel 38,17 Thus says the Lord GOD: It is of you that I spoke in ancient times through my servants, the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days that I would bring you against them. 18 But on that day, the day when Gog invades the land of Israel, says the Lord GOD, my fury shall be aroused. In my anger 19 and in my jealousy, in my fiery wrath, I swear: On that day there shall be a GREAT SHAKING upon the LAND OF ISRAEL. 20 Before me shall tremble the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, the beasts of the field and all the reptiles that crawl upon the ground, and all men who are on the land. Mountains shall be overturned, and cliffs shall tumble, and every wall shall fall to the ground. 21 Against him I will summon every terror, says the Lord GOD, every man’s sword against his brother. I will hold judgment with him in pestilence and bloodshed; 22 flooding rain and hailstones, fire and brimstone, I will rain upon him, upon his troops, and upon the many peoples with him. 23 I will prove my greatness and holiness and make myself known in the sight of many nations; thus they shall know that I am the LORD. There were loud voices in heaven, saying, „The kingdom of the world now belongs to our Lord and to his Anointed, and he will reign forever and ever.“ 16 The twenty-four elders who sat on their thrones before God prostrated themselves and worshiped God 17 and said: „We give thanks to you, Lord God almighty, who are and who were. For you have assumed your great power and have established your reign. 18 The nations raged, but your wrath has come, and the time for the dead to be judged, and to recompense your servants, the prophets, and the holy ones and those who fear your name, the small and the great alike, and to destroy those who destroy the earth.“ 19 Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant could be seen in the temple. There were flashes of lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder, an earthquake, and a violent hailstorm.

Interpretation of Revelation 11,15-19: God’s temple in heaven will be opened if the seventh angel blows his trumpet.

I beliebe if the seventh angel blows his trumpet the mysterious plan of God will be revealed by the propagation of the everlasting good news. See Revelation 14,6.

Interpretation of Revelation 12,5 (… Her child was caught up to God and his throne. …): I believe the Ascension of Jesus Christ happened on 18.05.33 AD (2. Sivan 3793). See Acts 1,3 (forty days) and See Acts 1,9-11. Acts 1,1 In the first book, Theophilus, I dealt with all that Jesus did and taught 2 until the day he was taken up, after giving instructions through the holy Spirit to the apostles whom he had chosen. 3 He presented himself alive to them by many proofs after he had suffered, appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God. … 8 But you will receive power when the holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, throughout Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” 9 When he had said this, as they were looking on, he was lifted up, and a cloud took him from their sight. 10 While they were looking intently at the sky as he was going, suddenly two men dressed in white garments stood beside them. 11 They said, “Men of Galilee, why are you standing there looking at the sky? This Jesus who has been taken up from you into heaven will return in the same way as you have seen him going into heaven”. Revelation 12,5 (… Her child was caught up to God and his throne. …): The child is Jesus Christ. Interpretation of Proverbs 8,1-35: Jesus Christ is the craftsman and the delight of our Father in Heaven. (See Proverbs 8,30). German ecumenical Bible translation: geliebtes Kind = beloved child = the craftsman (a child plays). ♦ Proverbs 8,22 “The LORD begot me, the first-born of his ways, the forerunner of his prodigies of long ago; 23 From of old I was poured forth, at the first, before the earth. 24 When there were no depths I was brought forth, when there were no fountains or springs of water; 25 Before the mountains were settled into place, before the hills, I was brought forth; 26 While as yet the earth and the fields were not made, nor the first clods of the world. 27 “When he established the heavens I was there, when he marked out the vault over the face of the deep; 28 When he made firm the skies above, when he fixed fast the foundations of the earth; 29 When he set for the sea its limit, so that the waters should not transgress his command; 30 Then was I beside him as his craftsman, and I was his delight day by day, Playing before him all the while, 31 playing on the surface of his earth; and I found delight in the sons of men. 32 “So now, O children, listen to me; 33 instruction and wisdom do not reject! Happy the man who obeys me, and happy those who keep my ways, 34 Happy the man watching daily at my gates, waiting at my doorposts; 35 For he who finds me finds life, and wins favor from the LORD;

Our Lady of Guadalupe / Image is according to Wikipedia public domain

Interpretation of Revelation 12,1: The woman is the Mother of God Mary. Wikipedia: Our Lady of Guadalupe, also known as the Virgin of Guadalupe is a celebrated Catholic icon of the Virgin Mary. According to tradition, on December 9, 1531 Juan Diego, a simple indigenous peasant, had a vision of a young woman while he was on a hill in the Tepeyac desert, near Mexico City. The lady told him to build a church exactly on the spot where they were standing. He told the local bishop, who asked for some proof. He went back and had the vision again. He told the lady that the bishop wanted proof, and she said “Bring the roses behind you.” Turning to look, he found a rose bush growing behind him. He cut the roses, placed them in his poncho and returned to the bishop, saying he had brought proof. When he opened his poncho, instead of roses, there was an image of the young lady in the vision. According to the account of Juan Diego, the Virgin Mary described herself using the Aztec Nahuatl word of Coatlaxopeuh (pronounced “quatlachupe”) which the Spanish misunderstood as being the word “Guadalupe”. In Nahuatl “Coa” meant serpent, “tla” the noun ending which can be interpreted as “the”, and “xopeuh” means to crush or to stamp out, translating to mean: the one “who crushes the serpent.” This reflects Catholic theology, in understanding that Mary is the woman described in the twelfth chapter of St. John’s Apocalypse. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Our_Lady_of_Guadalupe

Interpretation of Revelation 12,4: I believe if the light of these stars reaches the earth, we will see that a third of the stars in the sky were swept away by the red dragon. The speed of light comes to 299,792.458 km/s.

For the accuser of our brothers is cast out, who accuses them before our God day and night. 11 They conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; love for life did not deter them from death. 12 Therefore, rejoice, you heavens, and you who dwell in them. But if I go, I will send him to you. 8 And when he comes he will convict the world in regard to sin and righteousness and condemnation: 9 sin, because they do not believe in me; 10 righteousness, because I am going to the Father and you will no longer see me; 11 condemnation, because the ruler of this world has been condemned. Interpretation of Revelation 12,17: When the woman (the Mother of God Mary) has offsprings, then she is the mother of the offsprings. Jesus says: ♦ John 19,26 When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, „Woman, behold, your son.“ 27 Then he said to the disciple, „Behold, your mother.“ And from that hour the disciple took her into his home. ♦ Luke 1,46 And Mary said: „My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; 47 my spirit rejoices in God my savior. 48 For he has looked upon his handmaid’s lowliness; behold, from now on will all ages call me blessed.

Interpretation of Revelation 12,14 and Matthew 12,43 (desert = arid regions): Jesus refers to arid regions as a place. We are not able to see spirits who are truly there. Therefore we are not able to see this place (desert, arid regions). See Mark 8,22-25. Matthew 12,43 “When an unclean spirit goes out of a person it roams through arid regions searching for rest but finds none. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to my home from which I came.’ But upon returning, it finds it empty, swept clean, and put in order. 45 Then it goes and brings back with itself seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they move in and dwell there; and the last condition of that person is worse than the first. Thus it will be with this evil generation.” Interpretation of Mark 8,22-25: Jesus took the blind man and led him outside the village, but the blind man was able to see people who looked like trees, although no people were there, because he was outside the village. Therefore there was a place whom we are not able to see. Has the blind man seen the desert, arid regions? I believe so. Mark 8,22 When they arrived at Bethsaida, they brought to him a blind man and begged him to touch him. 23 He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. Putting spittle on his eyes he laid his hands on him and asked, “Do you see anything?” 24 Looking up he replied, “I see people looking like trees and walking.” 25 Then he laid hands on his eyes a second time and he saw clearly; his sight was restored and he could see everything distinctly.

Interpretation of Revelation 13,7: Satan was granted more authority in the year 1884. See:  Exactly 33 years to the day prior to the great Miracle of the Sun in Fatima, that is, on October 13, 1884, Pope Leo XIII had a remarkable vision. When the aged Pontiff had finished celebrating Mass in his private Vatican Chapel, attended by a few Cardinals and members of the Vatican staff, he suddenly stopped at the foot of the altar. He stood there for about 10 minutes, as if in a trance, his face ashen white. Then, going immediately from the Chapel to his office, he composed the prayer to St. Michael, with instructions it be said after all Low Masses everywhere. When asked what had happened, he explained that, as he was about to leave the foot of the altar, he suddenly heard voices – two voices, one kind and gentle, the other guttural and harsh. They seemed to come from near the tabernacle. As he listened, he heard the following conversation:

The guttural voice, the voice of Satan in his pride, boasted to Our Lord:
“I can destroy your Church.”

The gentle voice of Our Lord:
“You can? Then go ahead and do so.”

Satan:
“To do so, I need more time and more power.”

Our Lord:
“How much time? How much power?

Satan:
“75 to 100 years, and a greater power over those
who will give themselves over to my service.”

Our Lord:
“You have the time, you will have the power.
Do with them what you will.”

75 to 100 years, from October 1884 to October 1984. There were many wars, two terrible world wars with 80 million dead. The Jews were executed by the SS. Its literal meaning is “restructuring”, referring to the restructuring of the Soviet political and economic system. Perestroika is often argued to be a cause of the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the revolutions of 1989 in Eastern Europe, and the end of the Cold War. … After Mikhail Gorbachev took the office of General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in March 1985, he began a series of political reforms that were resisted by many established members of the communist party. Blessed Franz Jägerstätter, O.F.S., (in English also spelt Jaegerstaetter) (May 20, 1907 — 9 August 1943) (born as Franz Huber) was an Austrian conscientious objector during World War II. Jägerstätter was sentenced to death and executed. He was later declared a martyr and beatified by the Catholic Church. … When German troops moved into Austria in 1938, Jägerstätter was the only person in the village to vote against the Anschluss in the plebiscite of April 10. The local authorities suppressed his dissent and announced unanimous approval. Although he was not involved with any political organization and did undergo one brief period of military training, he remained openly anti-Nazi and publicly declared he would not fight in the war. He joined the Third Order of Saint Francis in 1940 and worked as a sacristan at the local parish church, being deferred from military service several times. In 1940, aged 33, he had been conscripted into the German army and completed basic training. Returning home in 1941 under an exemption as a farmer, he began to examine the morality of the war and discussed this with his bishop. “He emerged from that conversation saddened that the bishop seemed afraid to confront the issues.”..  In June 2007, Pope Benedict XVI issued an apostolic exhortation declaring Jägerstätter a martyr. ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 15 verse 1 Then I saw in heaven another sign, great and awe-inspiring: seven angels with the seven last plagues, for through them God’s fury is accomplished. 2 Then I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire. On the sea of glass were standing those who had won the victory over the beast and its image and the number that signified its name. They were holding God’s harps, 3 and they sang the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb: „Great and wonderful are your works, Lord God almighty. Just and true are your ways, O king of the nations. 4 Who will not fear you, Lord, or glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All the nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous acts have been revealed.“ 5 After this I had another vision. The temple that is the heavenly tent of testimony opened, 6 and the seven angels with the seven plagues came out of the temple. They were dressed in clean white linen, with a gold sash around their chests. 7 One of the four living creatures gave the seven angels seven gold bowls filled with the fury of God, who lives forever and ever. 8 Then the temple became so filled with the smoke from God’s glory and might that no one could enter it until the seven plagues of the seven angels had been accomplished.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 16 verse 1 I heard a loud voice speaking from the temple to the seven angels, „Go and pour out the seven bowls of God’s fury upon the earth.“ 2 The first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth. Festering and ugly sores broke out on those who had the mark of the beast or worshiped its image. 3 The second angel poured out his bowl on the sea. The sea turned to blood like that from a corpse; every creature living in the sea died. 4 The third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water. These also turned to blood. 5 Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say: „You are just, O Holy One, who are and who were, in passing this sentence. 6 For they have shed the blood of the holy ones and the prophets, and you (have) given them blood to drink; it is what they deserve.“ 7 Then I heard the altar cry out, „Yes, Lord God almighty, your judgments are true and just.“ 8 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun. It was given the power to burn people with fire. 9 People were burned by the scorching heat and blasphemed the name of God who had power over these plagues, but they did not repent or give him glory. 10 The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast. Its kingdom was plunged into darkness, and people bit their tongues in pain 11 and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and sores. But they did not repent of their works. 12 The sixth angel emptied his bowl on the great river Euphrates. Its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings of the East. 13 I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come from the mouth of the dragon, from the mouth of the beast, and from the mouth of the false prophet. 14 These were demonic spirits who performed signs. They went out to the kings of the whole world to assemble them for the battle on the great day of God the almighty. 15 („Behold, I am coming like a thief.“ Blessed is the one who watches and keeps his clothes ready, so that he may not go naked and people see him exposed.) 16 They then assembled the kings in the place that is named Armageddon in Hebrew.

Interpretation: I believe the Book of Wisdom describes the seven bowls of wrath and the three-day darkness that will come after the massive earthquake. The Book of Wisdom in the Old Testament describes these events: ♦ The Book of Wisdom 17,1 For great are your judgments, and hardly to be described; therefore the unruly souls were wrong. 2 For when the lawless thought to enslave the holy nation, shackled with darkness, fettered by the long night, they lay confined beneath their own roofs as exiles from the eternal providence. 3 For they who supposed their secret sins were hid under the dark veil of oblivion Were scattered in fearful trembling, terrified by apparitions. 4 For not even their inner chambers kept them fearless, for crashing sounds on all sides terrified them, and mute phantoms with somber looks appeared. 5 No force, even of fire, was able to give light, nor did the flaming brilliance of the stars succeed in lighting up that gloomy night. 6 But only intermittent, fearful fires flashed through upon them; And in their terror they thought beholding these was worse than the times when that sight was no longer to be seen. 7 And mockeries of the magic art were in readiness, and a jeering reproof of their vaunted shrewdness. 8 For they who undertook to banish fears and terrors from the sick soul themselves sickened with a ridiculous fear. 9 For even though no monstrous thing frightened them, they shook at the passing of insects and the hissing of reptiles, 10 And perished trembling, reluctant to face even the air that they could nowhere escape. 11 For wickedness, of its nature cowardly, testifies in its own condemnation, and because of a distressed conscience, always magnifies misfortunes. 12 For fear is nought but the surrender of the helps that come from reason; 13 and the more one’s expectation is of itself uncertain, the more one makes of not knowing the cause that brings on torment. 14 So they, during that night, powerless though it was, that had come upon them from the recesses of a powerless nether world, while all sleeping the same sleep, 15 Were partly smitten by fearsome apparitions and partly stricken by their souls’ surrender; for fear came upon them, sudden and unexpected. 16 Thus, then, whoever was there fell into that unbarred prison and was kept confined. 17 For whether one was a farmer, or a shepherd, or a worker at tasks in the wasteland, Taken unawares, he served out the inescapable sentence; 18 for all were bound by the one bond of darkness. And were it only the whistling wind, or the melodious song of birds in the spreading branches, Or the steady sound of rushing water, 19 or the rude crash of overthrown rocks, Or the unseen gallop of bounding animals, or the roaring cry of the fiercest beasts, Or an echo resounding from the hollow of the hills, these sounds, inspiring terror, paralyzed them. 20 For the whole world shone with brilliant light and continued its works without interruption; 21 Over them alone was spread oppressive night, an image of the darkness that next should come upon them; yet they were to themselves more burdensome than the darkness. ♦ Book of Wisdom 18,1 But your holy ones had very great light; And those others, who heard their voices but did not see their forms, since now they themselves had suffered, called them blest; 2 And because they who formerly had been wronged did not harm them, they thanked them, and pleaded with them, for the sake of the difference between them. 3 Instead of this, you furnished the flaming pillar which was a guide on the unknown way, and the mild sun for an honorable migration. 4 For those deserved to be deprived of light and imprisoned by darkness, who had kept your sons confined through whom the imperishable light of the law was to be given to the world.

Interpretation Book of Wisdom 18,3: A flaming pillar. According to the prophecy Padre Pio will burn a blessed candle in the three-day darkness: 1/28/50: „Keep your windows well-covered. I am in the midst of you.“

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 16 verse 17 The seventh angel poured out his bowl into the air. A loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying, „It is done.“ 18 Then there were lightning flashes, rumblings, and peals of thunder, and a great earthquake. It was such a violent earthquake that there has never been one like it since the human race began on earth. 19 The great city was split into three parts, and the gentile cities fell. But God remembered great Babylon, giving it the cup filled with the wine of his fury and wrath. 20 Every island fled, and mountains disappeared. 21 Large hailstones like huge weights came down from the sky on people, and they blasphemed God for the plague of hail because this plague was so severe.

Interpretation of Revelation 16,17-20: I believe the seventh bowl of wrath (Off. 16, 17-21) will initiate the fulfillment of the sixth seal. See: ♦ Revelation 6,12 Then I watched while he broke open the sixth seal, and there was a GREAT EARTHQUAKE; the sun turned as black as dark sackcloth and the whole moon became like blood. 13 The stars in the sky fell to the earth like unripe figs shaken loose from the tree in a strong wind. 14 Then the sky was divided like a torn scroll curling up, and every mountain and island was moved from its place. ♦ Matthew 24,29 „Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he will send out his angels with a trumpet blast, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. ♦ Joel 3,4 The sun will be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, At the coming of the Day of the LORD, the great and terrible day. 5 Then everyone shall be rescued who calls on the name of the LORD; For on Mount Zion there shall be a remnant, as the LORD has said, And in Jerusalem survivors whom the LORD shall call. I believe Habakkuk has described the eclipse of the sun. See Habakkuk 3,10-11. I believe mountains will disappear in other words mountains will shatter. Let us compare the Revelation 16,20 and Habakkuk 3,6. Habakkuk 3,3 God comes from Teman , the Holy One from Mount Paran. Covered are the heavens with his glory, and with his praise the earth is filled. 4 His splendor spreads like the light; rays shine forth from beside him, where his power is concealed. … 6 He pauses to survey the earth; his look makes the nations tremble. The eternal mountains are shattered, the age-old hills bow low along his ancient ways. … 9 Bared and ready is your bow, filled with arrows is your quiver. Into streams you split the earth; 10 at sight of you the mountains tremble. A torrent of rain descends; the ocean gives forth its roar. The sun forgets to rise, 11 the moon remains in its shelter, At the light of your flying arrows, at the gleam of your flashing spear. 12 In wrath you bestride the earth, in fury you trample the nations. 13 You come forth to save your people, to save your anointed one. … 16 I hear, and my body trembles; at the sound, my lips quiver. Decay invades my bones, my legs tremble beneath me. I await the day of distress that will come upon the people who attack us. I believe if the seventh angel pours out his bowl, the eclipse of the sun will be initiated. An excerpt from the message of La Salette: … the heavenly bodies will lose the regularity of their movements, the moon will reflect only a feeble reddish light; water and fire will lend convulsive motions to the earth’s sphere, causing mountains , cities, etc., to be swallowed up. … there will be frightful showers of animals; thunders which will demolish cities; earthquakes which will engulf countries; It is time; the sun is darkening; Faith alone will survive. „The time is at hand; …

Interpretation of Revelation 16,18: The everlasting gospel will be proclaimed by an angel before the great earthquake, because Babylon will fall after the propagation. See Revelation 14,8  ♦ Revelation 14,6 Then I saw another angel flying high overhead, with everlasting good news to announce to those who dwell on earth, to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people. 7 He said in a loud voice, „Fear God and give him glory, for his time has come to sit in judgment. Worship him who made heaven and earth and sea and springs of water.“ 8 A second angel followed, saying: „Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, that made all the nations drink the wine of her licentious passion.“ ♦ Revelation 18,1 After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth became illumined by his splendor. 2 He cried out in a mighty voice: „Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 17 verse 1 Then one of the seven angels who were holding the seven bowls came and said to me, „Come here. I will show you the judgment on the great harlot who lives near the many waters. 2 The kings of the earth have had intercourse with her, and the inhabitants of the earth became drunk on the wine of her harlotry.“ 3 Then he carried me away in spirit to a deserted place where I saw a woman seated on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names, with seven heads and ten horns. 4 The woman was wearing purple and scarlet and adorned with gold, precious stones, and pearls. She held in her hand a gold cup that was filled with the abominable and sordid deeds of her harlotry. 5 On her forehead was written a name, which is a mystery, „Babylon the great, the mother of harlots and of the abominations of the earth.“

Interpretation of verse 5: New York has been a model for many large cities as Hongkong, Dubai, Shanghai, Taipei up to now.

I believe many people have been looking at New York since 1908 because of the skycraper and the skyline.

The mother is New York. The daughters are Shanghai, Dubai, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur…

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 17 verse 6 I saw that the woman was drunk on the blood of the holy ones and on the blood of the witnesses to Jesus. When I saw her I was greatly amazed. 7 The angel said to me, „Why are you amazed? I will explain to you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, the beast with the seven heads and the ten horns.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 17 verse 8 The beast that you saw existed once but now exists no longer. It will come up from the abyss and is headed for destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world shall be amazed when they see the beast, because it existed once but exists no longer, and yet it will come again.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 17 verse 9 Here is a clue for one who has wisdom. The seven heads represent seven hills upon which the woman sits. They also represent seven kings: 10 five have already fallen, one still lives, and the last has not yet come, and when he comes he must remain only a short while. 11 The beast that existed once but exists no longer is an eighth king, but really belongs to the seven and is headed for destruction.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 17 verse 12 The ten horns that you saw represent ten kings who have not yet been crowned; they will receive royal authority along with the beast for one hour. 13 They are of one mind and will give their power and authority to the beast. 14 They will fight with the Lamb, but the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of lords and king of kings, and those with him are called, chosen, and faithful.“

Interpretation Revelation 17,12: See Message of La Salette. An excerpt from the message of La Salette: … „The earth will be struck with plagues of all kinds;“ [Mélanie added here: "Besides pestilence and famine, which will be widespread"] „there will be wars up to the last war, which will then be waged by the ten kings of the Antichrist, kings who will all have a common design and will be the sole rulers of the world. … Interpretation (The earth will be struck with plagues of all kinds;“): I believe you can compare it with the fourth seal. See: ♦ Revelation 6,7 When he broke open the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature cry out, „Come forward.“ 8 I looked, and there was a pale green horse. Its rider was named Death, and Hades accompanied him. They were given authority over a quarter of the earth, to kill with sword, famine, and plague, and by means of the beasts of the earth.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 17 verse 15 Then he said to me, „The waters that you saw where the harlot lives represent large numbers of peoples, nations, and tongues. 16 The ten horns that you saw and the beast will hate the harlot; they will leave her desolate and naked; they will eat her flesh and consume her with fire. 17 For God has put it into their minds to carry out his purpose and to make them come to an agreement to give their kingdom to the beast until the words of God are accomplished. 18 The woman whom you saw represents the great city that has sovereignty over the kings of the earth.“

♦ Jeremiah 51,9 „We have tried to heal Babylon, but she cannot be healed. Leave her, let us go, each to his own land.“ Her judgment reaches heaven, it touches the clouds 13 You who dwell by mighty waters, rich in treasure, Your end has come, the term at which you shall be cut off! 14 The LORD of hosts has sworn by himself: I will fill you with men as numerous as locusts, who shall raise over you the vintage shout! Interpretation of Jeremiah 51,14: The agglomeration of New York accomodates about 20 million people. Interpretation of Revelation 17,15 and Jeremiah 51,13: New York is surrounded by migthy waters. In New York there are a large numbers of peoples, nations, and tongues. Rome with the seven hills cannot be Babylon because Rome is not surroundet by mighty waters.

Rome is not located at the seaside and only body of water flows through Rome (Tiber). Babylon in Iraq cannot even be, because Babylon (Iraq) is not located at the seaside. Interpretation of Revelation 18,5 and Jeremiah 51,9: up to the sky: skyscrapers? ♦ Revelation 18,5 for her sins are piled up to the sky, and God remembers her crimes. She is a cage for every unclean spirit, a cage for every unclean bird, (a cage for every unclean) and disgusting (beast). 3 For all the nations have drunk the wine of her licentious passion. The kings of the earth had intercourse with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her drive for luxury.“ 4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say: „Depart from her, my people, so as not to take part in her sins and receive a share in her plagues, 5 for her sins are piled up to the sky, and God remembers her crimes.

♦ Jeremiah 51,41 How has she been seized, made captive, the glory of the whole world! What a horror has Babylon become among nations: … 45 Leave her, my people, let each one save himself from the burning wrath of the LORD.

Source: The New York metropolitan area is home to the largest Jewish population in the world outside Israel. The New York metropolitan area’s Jewish population in 2001 was approximately 1.97 million, 600,000 fewer than in Israel’s largest metropolitan area, denoted as Gush Dan. In 2002, an estimated 972,000 Ashkenazic Jews lived in New York City and constituted about 12% of the city’s population. ◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 18 verse 6 Pay her back as she has paid others. Pay her back double for her deeds. Into her cup pour double what she poured. 7 To the measure of her boasting and wantonness repay her in torment and grief; for she said to herself, ‘I sit enthroned as queen; I am no widow, and I will never know grief.’ 8 Therefore, her plagues will come in one day, pestilence, grief, and famine; she will be consumed by fire. For mighty is the Lord God who judges her.“ 9 The kings of the earth who had intercourse with her in their wantonness will weep and mourn over her when they see the smoke of her pyre. 10 They will keep their distance for fear of the torment inflicted on her, and they will say: „Alas, alas, great city, Babylon, mighty city. In one hour your judgment has come.“ 11 The merchants of the earth will weep and mourn for her, because there will be no more markets for their cargo: 12 their cargo of gold, silver, precious stones, and pearls; fine linen, purple silk, and scarlet cloth; fragrant wood of every kind, all articles of ivory and all articles of the most expensive wood, bronze, iron, and marble; 13 cinnamon, spice, incense, myrrh, and frankincense; wine, olive oil, fine flour, and wheat; cattle and sheep, horses and chariots, and slaves, that is, human beings. 14 „The fruit you craved has left you. All your luxury and splendor are gone, never again will one find them.“ 15 The merchants who deal in these goods, who grew rich from her, will keep their distance for fear of the torment inflicted on her. Weeping and mourning, 16 they cry out: „Alas, alas, great city, wearing fine linen, purple and scarlet, adorned (in) gold, precious stones, and pearls. 17 In one hour this great wealth has been ruined.“ Every captain of a ship, every traveler at sea, sailors, and seafaring merchants stood at a distance 18 and cried out when they saw the smoke of her pyre, „What city could compare with the great city?“ 19 They threw dust on their heads and cried out, weeping and mourning: „Alas, alas, great city, in which all who had ships at sea grew rich from her wealth. In one hour she has been ruined. 20 Rejoice over her, heaven, you holy ones, apostles, and prophets. For God has judged your case against her.“ 21 A mighty angel picked up a stone like a huge millstone and threw it into the sea and said: „With such force will Babylon the great city be thrown down, and will never be found again.

♦ Jeremiah 51,41 How has she been seized, made captive, the glory of the whole world! What a horror has Babylon become among nations: 42 against Babylon the sea rises, she is overwhelmed by the roaring waves!

Interpretation of Revelation 18,21 and Jeremiah 51,42: New York will be overflowed by the sea. Rome and Babylon will not be able to overflow because they are not located on the sea.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 18 verse 22 No melodies of harpists and musicians, flutists and trumpeters, will ever be heard in you again. No craftsmen in any trade will ever be found in you again. No sound of the millstone will ever be heard in you again. 23 No light from a lamp will ever be seen in you again. No voices of bride and groom will ever be heard in you again. Because your merchants were the great ones of the world, all nations were led astray by your magic potion. 24 In her was found the blood of prophets and holy ones and all who have been slain on the earth.“

♦ Jeremiah 51,12 Against the walls of Babylon raise a signal, make strong the watch; Post sentries, arrange ambushes! For the LORD has planned and he will carry out his threat against the inhabitants of Babylon. …  20 You are my hammer, my weapon for war; With you I shatter nations, with you I destroy kingdoms. Interpretation of Jeremiah 51,20: The USA (Hammer of God) conquered Germany in the first and second world war. Iraq, Afganisthan, Serbia and Libya were conquerd by the USA.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 19 verse 1 After this I heard what sounded like the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying: „Alleluia! Salvation, glory, and might belong to our God, 2 for true and just are his judgments. He has condemned the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her harlotry. He has avenged on her the blood of his servants.“ 3 They said a second time: „Alleluia! Smoke will rise from her forever and ever.“ 4 The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, „Amen. Alleluia.“ 5 A voice coming from the throne said: „Praise our God, all you his servants, (and) you who revere him, small and great.“ 6 Then I heard something like the sound of a great multitude or the sound of rushing water or mighty peals of thunder, as they said: „Alleluia! The Lord has established his reign, (our) God, the almighty. 7 Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory. For the wedding day of the Lamb has come, his bride has made herself ready. 8 She was allowed to wear a bright, clean linen garment.“ (The linen represents the righteous deeds of the holy ones.) 9 Then the angel said to me, „Write this: Blessed are those who have been called to the wedding feast of the Lamb.“ And he said to me, „These words are true; they come from God.“ 10 I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, „Don’t! I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brothers who bear witness to Jesus. Worship God. Witness to Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.“

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 19 verse 11 Then I saw the heavens opened, and there was a white horse; its rider was (called) „Faithful and True.“ He judges and wages war in righteousness. 12 His eyes were (like) a fiery flame, and on his head were many diadems. He had a name inscribed that no one knows except himself. 13 He wore a cloak that had been dipped in blood, and his name was called the Word of God. 14 The armies of heaven followed him, mounted on white horses and wearing clean white linen. 15 Out of his mouth came a sharp sword to strike the nations. He will rule them with an iron rod, and he himself will tread out in the wine press the wine of the fury and wrath of God the almighty. 16 He has a name written on his cloak and on his thigh, „King of kings and Lord of lords.“ 17 Then I saw an angel standing on the sun. He cried out (in) a loud voice to all the birds flying high overhead, „Come here. Gather for God’s great feast, 18 to eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of military officers, and the flesh of warriors, the flesh of horses and of their riders, and the flesh of all, free and slave, small and great.“ 19 Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered to fight against the one riding the horse and against his army. 20 The beast was caught and with it the false prophet who had performed in its sight the signs by which he led astray those who had accepted the mark of the beast and those who had worshiped its image. The two were thrown alive into the fiery pool burning with sulfur. 21 The rest were killed by the sword that came out of the mouth of the one riding the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

Interpretation of Revelation 19,11-21:  I believe these Events will begin in the middle of three day darkness. See prophecy Pater Pio.

♦ The Book of Wisdom 18,5 When they determined to put to death the infants of the holy ones, and when a single boy had been cast forth but saved, As a reproof you carried off their multitude of sons and made them perish all at once in the mighty water. 6 That night was known beforehand to our fathers, that, with sure knowledge of the oaths in which they put their faith, they might have courage. 7 Your people awaited the salvation of the just and the destruction of their foes. 8 For when you punished our adversaries, in this you glorified us whom you had summoned. 9 For in secret the holy children of the good were offering sacrifice and putting into effect with one accord the divine institution, That your holy ones should share alike the same good things and dangers, having previously sung the praises of the fathers. 10 But the discordant cry of their enemies responded, and the piteous wail of mourning for children was borne to them. 11 And the slave was smitten with the same retribution as his master; even the plebeian suffered the same as the king. 12 And all alike by a single death had countless dead; For the living were not even sufficient for the burial, since at a single instant their nobler offspring were destroyed. 13 For though they disbelieved at every turn on account of sorceries, at the destruction of the first-born they acknowledged that the people was God’s son. 14 FOR WHEN PEACEFUL STILLNESS COMPASSED EVERYTHING and THE NIGHT IN ITS SWIFT COURSE WAS HALF SPENT, 15 YOUR ALL-POWERFUL WORD FORM HEAVEN’S ROYAL THRONE BOUNDED, a fierce warrior, into the doomed land, 16 BEARING THE SHARP SWORD of your inexorable decree. And as he alighted, he filled every place with death; he still reached to heaven, while he stood upon the earth. 17 Then, forthwith, visions in horrible dreams perturbed them and unexpected fears assailed them; 18 And cast half-dead, one here, another there, each was revealing the reason for his dying. 19 For the dreams that disturbed them had proclaimed this beforehand, lest they perish unaware of why they suffered ill. 20 But the trial of death touched at one time even the just, and in the desert a plague struck the multitude; Yet not for long did the anger last. 21 For the blameless man hastened to be their champion, bearing the weapon of his special office, prayer and the propitiation of incense; He withstood the wrath and put a stop to the calamity, showing that he was your servant. 22 And he overcame the bitterness not by bodily strength, not by force of arms; But by word he overcame the smiter, recalling the sworn covenants with their fathers. 23 For when corpses had already fallen one on another in heaps, he stood in the midst and checked the anger, and cut off the way to the living. 24 For on his full-length robe was the whole world, and the glories of the fathers were carved in four rows upon the stones, and your grandeur was on the crown upon his head. 25 To these names the destroyer yielded, and these he feared; for the mere trial of anger was enough.

♦ Ezekiel 39,17 As for you, son of man, says the Lord GOD, say to birds of every kind and to all the wild beasts: Come together, from all sides gather for the slaughter I am about to provide for you, a great slaughter on the mountains of Israel: you shall have flesh to eat and blood to drink. 18 You shall eat the flesh of warriors and drink the blood of the princes of the land (rams, lambs, and goats, bullocks, fatlings of Bashan, all of them). 19 From the slaughter which I will provide for you, you shall eat fat until you are filled and drink blood until you are drunk. 20 You shall be filled at my table with horses and riders, with warriors and soldiers of every kind, says the Lord GOD. 21 Thus I will display my glory among the nations, and all the nations shall see the judgment I have executed and the hand I have laid upon them. 22 From that day forward the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD, their God.

♦ Isaiah 34,1 Come near, O nations, and hear; be attentive, O peoples! Let the earth and what fills it listen, the world and all it produces. 2 The LORD is angry with all the nations and is wrathful against all their host; he has doomed them and given them over to slaughter. 3 Their slain shall be cast out, their corpses shall send up a stench; The mountains shall run with their blood, 4 and all the hills shall rot; The heavens shall be rolled up like a scroll, and all their host shall wither away, As the leaf wilts on the vine, or as the fig withers on the tree. 5 WHEN MY SWORD HAS DRUNK ITS FILL in the HEAVENS, lo, it shall come down in judgment upon Edom, a people I have doomed. 6 The LORD has a sword filled with blood, greasy with fat, With the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of rams’ kidneys; For the LORD has a sacrifice in Bozrah, a great slaughter in the land of Edom. 7 Wild oxen shall be struck down with fatlings, and bullocks with bulls; Their land shall be soaked with blood, and their earth greasy with fat. 8 For the LORD has a day of vengeance, a year of requital by Zion’s defender. 9 Edom’s streams shall be changed into pitch and her earth into sulphur, and her land shall become burning pitch;

♦ An excerpt from the message of La Salette: … It is time; the sun is darkening; Faith alone will survive. „The time is at hand; … the abyss is opening. Here is the king of the kings of darkness. Here is the beast with its subjects, calling itself the savior of the world. In pride he will rise skyward to go up to Heaven; he will be stifled by the breath of St. Michael the Archangel. He will fall and the earth -which for three days will be in constant change- will open its fiery bosom; he will be plunged forever with all his followers into hell’s eternal chasms. Then water and fire will purify the earth and consume all the works of men’s pride, and everything will be renewed; God will be served and glorified.“

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 20 verse 1 Then I saw an angel come down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the abyss and a heavy chain. 2 He seized the dragon, the ancient serpent, which is the Devil or Satan, and tied it up for a thousand years 3 and threw it into the abyss, which he locked over it and sealed, so that it could no longer lead the nations astray until the thousand years are completed. After this, it is to be released for a short time.

Interpreation of Revelation 20,1-3 and Revelation 13,1-3+14: I believe Archangel Michael has a sword. He seized the beasts (a great number of devils) and the dragon (Lucifer) and tied it up in the year 864 AD. In order words Saint Michael wounded and imprionsed the beast (a great number of devils) and the dragon (Lucifer) up by the sword in the year 864 AD. See Revelation 13,14 and Message of La Salette. The beast and the dragon were revived in the year 1864 just as the Message of La Salette says: „In the year 1864 Lucifer, together with a great number of devils, will be loosed from hell  ♦ Revelation 13,3 I saw that one of its heads seemed to have been mortally wounded, but this mortal wound was healed. Fascinated, the whole world followed after the beast. … 12 It wielded all the authority of the first beast in its sight and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose mortal wound had been healed. … 14 It deceived the inhabitants of the earth with the signs it was allowed to perform in the sight of the first beast, telling them to make an image for the beast who had been wounded by the sword and revived. The dragon and the beasts were released in the year 1864.Then the dragon got more power in the year 1884. See Revelation 13,7. What is a short time? 150 years? 160 years?

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 20 verse 4 Then I saw thrones; those who sat on them were entrusted with judgment. I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast or its image nor had accepted its mark on their foreheads or hands. They came to life and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were over. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over these; they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for (the) thousand years.

Interpretation of Revelation 20,6: The saints of the Catholic Church.

Jesus will come and all his holy ones with him. See Zechariah 14,5. Conclusion: There are holy ones, who have already entered in heaven. ♦ Zechariah 14,1 Lo, a day shall come for the LORD when the spoils shall be divided in your midst. Then the LORD, my God, shall come, and all his holy ones with him.

John 6,39 And this is the will of the one who sent me, that I should not lose anything of what he gave me, but that I should raise it (on) the last day. 40 For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him may have eternal life, and I shall raise him (on) the last day.” … 44 No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draw him, and I will raise him on the last day. I believe there will be people, who will be raised by Jesus Christ on the last day. The people, who will be raised by Jesus Christ on the last day, have not tasted the first death up to now, because Jesus Christ says: Mark 9,1 He also said to them, “Amen, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see that the kingdom of God has come in power.”  ♦ 1 Corinthians 15,51 Behold, I tell you a mystery. We shall not all fall asleep, but we will all be changed, 52 in an instant, in the blink of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For that which is corruptible must clothe itself with incorruptibility, and that which is mortal must clothe itself with immortality. 54 And when this which is corruptible clothes itself with incorruptibility and this which is mortal clothes itself with immortality, then the word that is written shall come about: “Death is swallowed up in victory. Interpretation of Mark 9,1 and 1 Corinthians 15,51-54: I believe the people, who will survive the great tribulation (7 days), will not taste the first death and the second death. The second death will be the pool of fire. There are people, who have already enter in heaven, because Jesus Christ says: John 11,24 Martha said to him, “I know he will rise, in the resurrection on the last day.” 25 Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live, … I believe Jesus hints at the first resurrection when he said: John 11,25 “I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me, even if he dies, will live, … I believe the people, who have already shared in the first resurrection, will not taste the second death, because they have already entered the kingdom of God in order words they are in heaven. ◊ ♦ ◊ Romans 6,8 If, then, we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him. 9 We know that Christ, raised from the dead, dies no more; death no longer has power over him. Revelation 20,14 Then Death and Hades were thrown into the pool of fire. (This pool of fire is the second death.)  Jesus says that there will be people who will enter the kingdom of God before. See Matthew 21,31 ♦ Matthew 21,28 “What is your opinion? A man had two sons. He came to the first and said, ‘Son, go out and work in the vineyard today.’ 29 He said in reply, ‘I will not,’ but afterwards he changed his mind and went. 30 The man came to the other son and gave the same order. He said in reply, ‘Yes, sir,’ but did not go. 31 Which of the two did his father’s will?” They answered, “The first.” Jesus said to them, “Amen, I say to you, tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God before you. 32 When John came to you in the way of righteousness, you did not believe him; but tax collectors and prostitutes did. Yet even when you saw that, you did not later change your minds and believe him.

Revelation 20,14 Then Death and Hades were thrown into the pool of fire. (This pool of fire is the second death.) There is a second death. Conclusion: There is also a first death. ◊ ♦ ◊ Hebrews 9,27 Just as it is appointed that human beings die once, and after this the judgment, 28 so also Christ, offered once to take away the sins of many, 20 will appear a second time, not to take away sin but to bring salvation to those who eagerly await him. Interpretation of Hebrews 9,27 and John 11,11-14 and Luke 8,52-54: I believe when you die on earth, that is not to say, you have died, because Jesus says: John 11,11 He said this, and then told them, “Our friend Lazarus is asleep, but I am going to awaken him.” 12 So the disciples said to him, “Master, if he is asleep, he will be saved.” 13 But Jesus was talking about his death, while they thought that he meant ordinary sleep. 14 So then Jesus said to them clearly, “Lazarus has died. ♦ Luke 8,52 All were weeping and mourning for her, when he said, “Do not weep any longer, for she is not dead, but sleeping.” 53 And they ridiculed him, because they knew that she was dead. 54 But he took her by the hand and called to her, “Child, arise!” Lazarus was not dead according to Jesus Christ and therefore Lazarus had not yet left the earth. Conclusion: I believe while Lazarus was sleeping according to Jesus Christ he was not suffering the first death and you are able to die just once according to Hebrews 9,27. When Lazarus is in heaven, he has already suffered the first death in other words Lazarus has died once. Thus you are not able to preclude the reincarnation and because Jesus says: John 21,20 Peter turned and saw the disciple following whom Jesus loved, the one who had also reclined upon his chest during the supper and had said, “Master, who is the one who will betray you?” 21 When Peter saw him, he said to Jesus, “Lord, what about him?” 22 Jesus said to him, “What if I want him to remain until I come? What concern is it of yours? You follow me.” 23 So the word spread among the brothers that that disciple would not die. But Jesus had not told him that he would not die, just “What if I want him to remain until I come? (What concern is it of yours?)” Interpretation of John 21,20-23: You also die in reincarnation, therefore the Bible says: But Jesus hat not told him that he would not die, … I believe it is not important, whether a reincarnation happens. It is important that you follow Jesus Christ, therefore Jesus Christ says: “What if I want him to remain until I come? What concern is it of yours? You follow me.” We have not to know, whether a reincarnation happens, therefore Jesus Christ says: What concern is it of yours? We have to know: Matthew 23,8 Jesus says: As for you, do not be called ‘Rabbi.’ You have but one teacher, and you are all brothers. 9 Call no one on earth your father; you have but one Father in heaven. 10 Do not be called ‘Master’; you have but one master, the Messiah. When a reincarnation happens, that disciple has not suffered the first death up to now, because you are able to die just once, and after this the judgment. I believe if you face the judgment, you are not able to reincarnate again.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 20 verse 7 When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison. 8 He will go out to deceive the nations at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea. 9 They invaded the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the holy ones and the beloved city. But fire came down from heaven and consumed them. 10 The Devil who had led them astray was thrown into the pool of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet were. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Interpretation of Revelation 20,7: The thousand-year reign has already been fulfilled, because the Devil was released in the year 1864 according to the message of La Salette. ◊ ♦ ◊ Extract from the Message of La Salette: … „In the year 1864 Lucifer, together with a great number of devils, will be loosed from hell; little by little they will abolish the faith, and that even in persons consecrated to God; they will so blind them, that without a special grace, these persons will take on the spirit of these evil angels; a number of religious houses will lose the faith entirely and cause many souls to be damned. …

A people from the north will surround Israel (Jerusalem) at the end of the day that is written in the prophecies of Daniel, Jeremiah and Ezekiel: ◊ ♦ ◊ Daniel Chapter 11 verse 40 „At the appointed time the king of the south shall come to grips with him, but the king of the north shall overwhelm him with chariots and horsemen and a great fleet, passing through the countries like a flood. 41 He shall enter the glorious land and many shall fall, except Edom, Moab, and the chief part of Ammon, which shall escape from his power. 42 He shall extend his power over the countries, and not even the land of Egypt shall escape. 43 He shall control the riches of gold and silver and all the treasures of Egypt; Libya and Ethiopia shall be in his train. 44 When news from the east and the north terrifies him, he shall set out with great fury to slay and to doom many. 45 He shall pitch the tents of his royal pavilion between the sea and the glorious holy mountain, but he shall come to his end with none to help him. ◊ ♦ ◊ Jeremiah Chapter 50 verse 41 See! a people comes from the north, a great nation, and mighty kings roused from the ends of the earth. 42 Bow and javelin they wield, cruel and pitiless are they; They sound like the roaring sea, as they ride forth on steeds, Each in his place for battle against you, daughter Babylon. ◊ ♦ ◊ Ezekiel Chapter 38 verse 14 Therefore prophesy, son of man, and say to Gog: Thus says the Lord GOD: When my people Israel are dwelling in security, will you not bestir yourself 15 and come from your home in the recesses of the north, you and many peoples with you, all mounted on horses, a great horde and a mighty army? 16 You shall come up against my people Israel like a cloud covering the land. In the last days I will bring you against my land, that the nations may know of me, when in their sight I prove my holiness through you, O Gog. 17 Thus says the Lord GOD: It is of you that I spoke in ancient times through my servants, the prophets of Israel, who prophesied in those days that I would bring you against them.

Interpretation: If Jesus (Second Coming) comes in his glory and all the angels with him, he will hold court. See Psalms 96,9 ◊ ♦ ◊ Matthew Chapter 25 verse 31 „When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit upon his glorious throne, 32 and all the nations will be assembled before him. And he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will place the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. 34 Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him and say, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you?’ 40 And the king will say to them in reply, ‘Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.’ 41 Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you accursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, 43 a stranger and you gave me no welcome, naked and you gave me no clothing, ill and in prison, and you did not care for me.’ 44 Then they will answer and say, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or ill or in prison, and not minister to your needs?’ 45 He will answer them, ‘Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for me.’ 46 And these will go off to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.“ ◊ ♦ ◊ Pslams 96,1 Sing a new song to the LORD,for he has done marvelous deeds. All the ends of the earth have seen the victory of our God. 4 Shout with joy to the LORD, all the earth; break into song; sing praise. 5 Sing praise to the LORD with the lyre, with the lyre and melodious song. 6 With trumpets and the sound of the horn shout with joy to the King, the LORD.7 Let the sea and what fills it resound, the world and those who dwell there. 8 Let the rivers clap their hands, the mountains shout with them for joy, 9 Before the LORD who comes, who comes to govern the earth, To govern the world with justice and the peoples with fairness. ◊ ♦ ◊ The Book of Wisdom Chapter 19 verse 1 But the wicked, merciless wrath assailed until the end. For he knew beforehand what they were yet to do: 2 That though they themselves had agreed to the departure and had anxiously sent them on their way, they would regret it and pursue them. 3 For while they were still engaged in funeral rites and were mourning at the burials of the dead, They adopted another senseless plan; and those whom they had sent away with entreaty, they pursued as fugitives. 4 For a compulsion suited to this ending drew them on, and made them forgetful of what had befallen them, That they might fill out the torments of their punishment, 5 and your people might experience a glorious journey while those others met an extraordinary death.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 21 verse 1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth. The former heaven and the former earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 I also saw the holy city, a new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, „Behold, God’s dwelling is with the human race. He will dwell with them and they will be his people and God himself will always be with them (as their God). 4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no more death or mourning, wailing or pain, (for) the old order has passed away.“ 5 The one who sat on the throne said, „Behold, I make all things new.“ Then he said, „Write these words down, for they are trustworthy and true.“ 6 He said to me, „They are accomplished. I (am) the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give a gift from the spring of life-giving water. 7 The victor will inherit these gifts, and I shall be his God, and he will be my son. 8 But as for cowards, the unfaithful, the depraved, murderers, the unchaste, sorcerers, idol-worshipers, and deceivers of every sort, their lot is in the burning pool of fire and sulfur, which is the second death.“

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 21 verse 9 One of the seven angels who held the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came and said to me, „Come here. I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.“ 10 He took me in spirit to a great, high mountain and showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God. 11 It gleamed with the splendor of God. Its radiance was like that of a precious stone, like jasper, clear as crystal. 12 It had a massive, high wall, with twelve gates where twelve angels were stationed and on which names were inscribed, (the names) of the twelve tribes of the Israelites. 13 There were three gates facing east, three north, three south, and three west. 14 The wall of the city had twelve courses of stones as its foundation, on which were inscribed the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. 15 The one who spoke to me held a gold measuring rod to measure the city, its gates, and its wall. 16 The city was square, its length the same as (also) its width. He measured the city with the rod and found it fifteen hundred miles in length and width and height. 17 He also measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits according to the standard unit of measurement the angel used. 18 The wall was constructed of jasper, while the city was pure gold, clear as glass. 19 The foundations of the city wall were decorated with every precious stone; the first course of stones was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh hyacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. 21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each of the gates made from a single pearl; and the street of the city was of pure gold, transparent as glass. 22 I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God almighty and the Lamb. 23 The city had no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gave it light, and its lamp was the Lamb. 24 The nations will walk by its light, and to it the kings of the earth will bring their treasure. 25 During the day its gates will never be shut, and there will be no night there. 26 The treasure and wealth of the nations will be brought there, 27 but nothing unclean will enter it, nor any (one) who does abominable things or tells lies. Only those will enter whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

◊ ♦ ◊ Revelation Chapter 22 verse 1 Then the angel showed me the river of life-giving water, sparkling like crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2 down the middle of its street. On either side of the river grew the tree of life that produces fruit twelve times a year, once each month; the leaves of the trees serve as medicine for the nations. 3 Nothing accursed will be found there anymore. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him. 4 They will look upon his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. 5 Night will be no more, nor will they need light from lamp or sun, for the Lord God shall give them light, and they shall reign forever and ever.

No ear has ever heard, no eye ever seen, any God but you doing such deeds for those who wait for him. ◊ ♦ ◊ Book of Wisdom Chapter 19  verse 6 For all creation, in its several kinds, was being made over anew, serving its natural laws, that your children might be preserved unharmed. 7 The cloud overshadowed their camp; and out of what had before been water, dry land was seen emerging: Out of the Red Sea an unimpeded road, and a grassy plain out of the mighty flood. 8 Over this crossed the whole nation sheltered by your hand, after they beheld stupendous wonders. 9 For they ranged about like horses, and bounded about like lambs, praising you, O LORD! their deliverer. 10 For they were still mindful of what had happened in their sojourn: how instead of the young of animals the land brought forth gnats, and instead of fishes the river swarmed with countless frogs. 11 And later they saw also a new kind of bird when, prompted by desire, they asked for pleasant foods; 12 For to appease them quail came to them from the sea. 13 And the punishments came upon the sinners only after forewarnings from the violence of the thunderbolts. For they justly suffered for their own misdeeds, since indeed they treated their guests with the more grievous hatred. 14 For those others did not receive unfamiliar visitors, but these were enslaving beneficent guests. 15 And not that only; but what punishment was to be theirs since they received strangers unwillingly! 16 Yet these, after welcoming them with festivities, oppressed with awful toils those who now shared with them the same rights. 17 And they were struck with blindness, as those others had been at the portals of the just – When, surrounded by yawning darkness, each sought the entrance of his own gate. 18 For the elements, in variable harmony among themselves, like strings of the harp, produce new melody, while the flow of music steadily persists. And this can be perceived exactly from a review of what took place. 19 For land creatures were changed into water creatures, and those that swam went over on to the land. 20 Fire in water maintained its own strength, and water forgot its quenching nature; 21 Flames, by contrast, neither consumed the flesh of the perishable animals that went about in them, nor melted the icelike, quick-melting kind of ambrosial food. 22 For every way, O LORD! you magnified and glorified your people; unfailing, you stood by them in every time and circumstance.

I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brothers the prophets and of those who keep the message of this book. Worship God.“ 10 Then he said to me, „Do not seal up the prophetic words of this book, for the appointed time is near. 11 Let the wicked still act wickedly, and the filthy still be filthy. The righteous must still do right, and the holy still be holy.“ 12 „Behold, I am coming soon. I bring with me the recompense I will give to each according to his deeds. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.“ 14 Blessed are they who wash their robes so as to have the right to the tree of life and enter the city through its gates. 15 Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the unchaste, the murderers, the idol-worshipers, and all who love and practice deceit. 16 „I, Jesus, sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the root and offspring of David, the bright morning star.“ 17 The Spirit and the bride say, „Come.“ Let the hearer say, „Come.“ Let the one who thirsts come forward, and the one who wants it receive the gift of life-giving water. 18 I warn everyone who hears the prophetic words in this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, 19 and if anyone takes away from the words in this prophetic book, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city described in this book. 20 The one who gives this testimony says, „Yes, I am coming soon.“ Amen! Come, Lord Jesus! 21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all.
